IS THERE A SHIPPING FEE?

We ship all over India, for free, for orders over ₹7,000. Orders for a lesser value for India have a delivery fee associated with them depending on your delivery address. You will be able to view the information at the time of checkout.

 HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Order processing takes 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Standard delivery requires 7 to 14 business days in addition to the processing time. Please be aware that there may be a 3 to 5 day delay in processing your purchase if there are sales going on or if a new collection is being launched and if there's a national calamity or festival. Note: Weekends are not included in business days. 

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package. 

We deliver from Monday to Saturday. The delivery partner will attempt delivery twice by calling. If not successful, packages come back to us. Additional fees may apply for more attempts or address changes after scheduling. Please allow 7 to 14 working days from the date of order placed for delivery.

We cannot be held liable for any delay and/or extension in delivery time caused by the courier company carrying your package. We will be there to guide you and help with the tracking.
