WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
Terms & Conditions
- We don't accept any returns. Store credit/ exchange is the sole method used to handle returns.
- Every item has to be returned with its original tags attached and in its original, undamaged, unworn state. Our staff reserves the right to accept or reject any returns; returns of any item(s) without their returns tag will not be accepted.
- We do not reimburse postage costs; the consumer is responsible for paying the cost of return shipment.
- Returns and exchanges must be conducted within 7 days of the delivery date
- Before a return for credit or exchange may be processed, the products need to be brought back to our warehouse.
- Arcu is not responsible for lost or misplaced clothing that is returned.
- Items with makeup stains or smelling strongly of perfume or other fragrances will not be accepted. Therefore, please use caution when putting the clothes on.
- At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges from overseas.
- We will only process returns that are permitted. Without approval, returns will not be accepted, and the client will be responsible for making arrangements to pick up their item

HOW CAN I REGISTER A RETURN / EXCHANGE
You can email us at support@arcuofficial.in for any returns/ exchanges stating the concerns clearly along with the images of the problem areas in the outfit within 24 hours of receiving It.
The courier agency will pick up the garment in 24-48 hours, so please put the item in its original packing with all of the original tags. Please be aware that the shipment will be returned back and that we will not be able to accept returns for anything received in any other packing
Please make sure that you must send the items you wish to return within 7 days from the shipping date of your order before the exchange period expires. Items are eligible for exchange only once.
WHEN WILL MY EXCHANGE BE PROCESSED?
Please allow our staff 3 to 5 business days to assess and handle your return when it arrives at our warehouse.
When your exchange is dispatched, we'll notify you via email so you can track it's progress. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate any changes to the shipping address.
Please be aware that it may take up to 14 business days to complete the exchange procedure.
WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?
After the date of delivery, returns may take up to 3 to 5 business days for us to evaluate and process. You'll get an email notification as soon as your return is finalised along with the shop credit.
The credit amount for returns is limited to the cost of the garment when purchased. Please be aware that there is no reimbursement for delivery costs. The cost of return postage is subtracted from the credit amount.
Store credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEM?
We really apologise for any inconvenience that may have resulted from receiving a defective item of garment. Before shipping, our warehouse staff makes sure that every item is put through a quality control inspection.
If in the odd, event that you do receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, kindly send an email with pictures of the garment to our staff so they can assess further. If you can, please include your order number and any pictures showing the defective or inaccurate goods and we will work with you to find a quick solution
Terms & Conditions
- Depending on the weather and the availability of the exchange products, exchanges might take up to 14–20 working days. After being sent for exchange, items will be examined.
- Tags have to be kept on and not taken off.
- In the extremely odd case that there is a manufacturing error with your item, please contact us at email id with photographs so we can fix it.
- We won't consider exchanging anything if you return them to us without first receiving our written consent. Furthermore, we disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, or resending
- Pack the garment in its original packaging with all the original tags and a pick up agent will come to collect the package
- Please note: that the shipment will be returned and we will not be accepted if the garment arrive in any other packing.
