WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES IN?
All of the prices shown are in Indian Rupees as you are viewing our India shop.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE WILL FIT ME BEST?
You can use the sizing guide as a basic reference to choose which size fits you best. Remember that our silhouettes might range from a slim to an oversized fit, so always read the description carefully. Before you buy, send customer service an email if you have any concerns about how an item will fit.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We are unable to make modifications to an order once it has been placed since the delivery process has already begun. Since our orders are handled right away, we are unable to cancel them once they have shipped. Please email customer service as soon as possible with your order number and complete name if you do require us to cancel your order. Make sure your mailing address is accurate at all times. An incorrect address on an order will immediately result in a return and delay in delivery. If the delivery address you provided is wrong, please get in touch with customer service.
WHAT IF SOMETHING I ORDERED ARRIVED DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR FAULTY?

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS NOT THE COLOUR THAT I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE?
Please be aware that colours may change slightly from the image owing to different computer displays and calibrations. We do our best to capture clothing in its most authentic form and provide detailed descriptions, however we are unable to ensure that every monitor will faithfully capture the genuine colour of the item.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ARCU GARMENTS?
DRY CLEANING ONLY.
Every Arcu piece is created by hand and is hand-dyed. Care instructions are written on each garment's product page.
